The goods can be returned, if unused, by sending a return request within 10 days from receipt of the order. The original box and tags must be intact and still attached to the boots.
How to start a return request
A) click on “manage your order”, or "returns" in the homepage;.
B) enter with your order number and email address;
C) click on “returns” button and select the item/s you wish to return (filling in the fields on the right – if you want to receive a size or color replacement, please write the right one you wish to receive);
D) add notes (if needed);
E) click on “send request”.
At this point you just need to wait for a confirmation email, which authorizes or rejects the request. If the return is accepted, then you can proceed with the shipment of the parcel to:

Please put a copy of the return request/original order/other emails (exchanged with the customer service) into the parcel; that way we can hurry things up, avoiding time losses.
NB: the customer will have to pay for transportation costs to return the parcel.
Zamberlan® will process your request within 15 work days.
As far as refunds are concerned, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have ordered the refund itself (of course this will happen after an appraisal of the goods we have received).
In case of replacement instead, you will receive an email with the new tracking number, as soon as we have shipped the new item (Zamberlan® will pay for transportation costs from its premises to you).
To reduce return shipping costs, please consider the following:
Use the smallest box you can, or better a bag given by the carrier; this way you will reduce the weight and volume of the parcel.
Ship by mail, or if you have an account nr, by carrier (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, or others…)

NB: in the case of used/worn goods, the boots MUST BE perfectly cleaned, in respect to those who will handle them, otherwise they shall be returned to the sender (without testing/fixing/replacing them).
Can I return items online that I bought in the store?
No. In-store purchases must be returned to the Zamberlan® reseller where you bought it or you can contact your nearest Zamberlan® reseller to ask if it can provide that kind of service even if you did a purchase by another store.
