RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Zamberlan® S.r.l. grants the consumers the possibility to return the purchased items within 30 days from order date.
Our products are covered by a warranty of 2 years - from the date of purchase - against defects in materials and workmanship (acknowledged by Zamberlan®).
If a consumer wishes to return an item, he/she simply has to enter his/her order (online) and to submit a “Return request”.
As soon as Zamberlan® accepts/handles said request (within 14 days), the consumer will receive an email confirmation, with all the pieces of information he/she needs to ship the goods back to our premises.

Shall the consumer have doubts, he/she can write an email to our Customer Service at: email@example.com and our operators will be glad to help.
In case of refund, Zamberlan® S.r.l. will return the consumer the amount paid for the order – without delays and within 14 days from his/her request. When Zamberlan® orders the refund, the consumer will receive an email confirmation. The above mentioned amount will be returned through the same payment method he/she used to order the goods (and therefore credit card)
Transportation costs (and risks) for returned goods will have to be paid by the consumer, except for defective goods (determined “defective” by Zamberlan®)
Zamberlan® will proceed with the refund only after arrival of the goods and after a check-up performed by competent staff.
The consumer must return the goods in their original conditions; if the items are used, damaged, incomplete, deteriorated or ruined Zamberlan® reserves the right to reject/decline the refund to the consumer.
The item(s) must be packed properly and will be accepted only if the original box and labels are intact.
The consumer must protect the original box with another external packaging, which can keep it safe during the transport.
Please include a copy of the confirmation email inside the box that you have to return.

Can I return items online that I bought in the store?
No. In-store purchases must be returned to the Zamberlan reseller where you bought it or you can contact your nearest Zamberlan reseller to ask if it can provide that kind of service even if you did a purchase by another store.
